PridelandsLook at the stars, the great kings of the past are up there, watching over us. So whenever you feel alone just remember that those kings will always be there to guide you and so will I.

Lana? Nala?

Nala is spelled N A L A

~mix it up~

L A N A = Lana <33

Resemble is uncanning.

Mom: I don't know what to do about you and your career anymore, just pick something you like and let me know when you get your first job. In fact, do that for your wedding too.
Me: haha, uh okay, always a big help mummy.

Looks like Lana (fave char-Lana; fave celeb-still Mandy) is only going to meet my mums on our wedding day...whole point in writing this though is because *SPOILER IF YOU WATCH SMALLVILLE* Is Lana really going to...die?! mm hope not, love Lana sooo much (yes, I cried), but guess we all knew Clark and Lana were never meant for each other. No matter how much we brace ourselves, if it's letting go of a relationship, giving up on your dream career or the worst dealing with someone passing away, it's always so tough.

Lana in her possible end w. flashbacks to Clark-Lana moments (she looks SO pretty @ 16sec and any other time ), so sad, WATCH PLEASE. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m284IuQ4TTI

rawwrrrrrr, luv u

Gampa Rafiki

Mom: You walk like your grandpa
Me: Yeah I think you've told me that before..
Mom: Except he was better looking

Ha, funny mums. My gampa passed away a lil while ago, man I miss him. He was such a man of God, he always had such faith. Always ending the day with prayer and songs of worship, I try to do that with my mummy (and sometimes Tans), and want to carry that on with my own family. I still remember him asking me to say grace once before din, what did I say? Grace. He had a good laugh, he had a great laugh. He was short tempered, we HAD to be early to church because he wanted his seats, so if we (by we I mean my mom and sis, they're girls = long time) were running late, he would grow impatient and do his cute disgusted soury face . AND that huuugee church would still be empty when we got there cuz we'd still be so freakin early <3

Such an athlete too, I got my speed from him (his lil bro tho was freakin FAST: http://www.rediff.com/sports/2000/sep/eric.htm) and he was a greaaat tennis player, I never had a shot. He loved saying "chap"

He kind of reminds me of a Lion King character, that's right, this is for u gampa.

Rafiki:
You won't find him here. The King has returned.

Both so wise and never lost faith in the king, my gamps finally as gone home to his reward. I won't see any of my grandparents (Thata <my fave>, Gama, Gampa. Patima ur still here !!) til the KING does return, come soon Jesus! ! I'll be waiting for my gamps (after Jesus ofc ) to turn to me and say, "Well played chap, well played"

Ruler of Your Heart?

Who is the Ruler of your heart? Do you let sin rule it? or God?

In the same way, count yourselves dead to sin but alive to God in Christ Jesus. Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. Do not offer the parts of your body to sin, as instruments of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God, as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer the parts of your body to him as instruments of righteousness. For sin shall not be your master, because you are not under law, but under grace. -Romans 6:11-14

When I think of ruler, I immediately think of what else but, Lion King and Mufasa! Our hearts are like the Pridelands.

Mufasa: Look, Simba. Everything the light touches is our kingdom.
Simba: Wow.
Mufasa: A king's time as ruler rises and falls like the sun. One day, Simba, the sun will set on my time here, and will rise with you as the new king.
Simba:And this'll all be mine?
Mufasa:Everything.
Simba: Everything the light touches...

Our hearts have a sinful nature (the dark part of the kingdom) and the spirit's nature (the light part of the kingdom). When we live in the light and do things according to God's will, the one who is on the throne of our heart is Mufasa (God), but when we let sin rule in us, Scar dethrones Mufasa and takes his place. There is a constant battle for our hearts between Mufasa and Scar, between spirit's nature and sinful nature. Zazu (Holy Spirit) tried talking Simba into not going to the elephant graveyard (the darkside-sin), but Simba was drawn to go there. Simba put himself in danger when he did go there, but Mufasa still loved him SO much to save him from the claws of the hyenas (death-consequence of sin).

We have been saved by GRACE (not coleader grace) and we do not have to face the penalty of death if you believe in Jesus, we are SO undeserving of his grace and mercy, so wicked and depraved.
Even though we might fall into our sin, God still loves us, repent and keep fighting. Strive to have your highest pleasure in God and not in sin, so that we may have freedom from it, otherwise we will continue to live in it, learn to HATE sin. Become more and more like Jesus. The Holy Spirit is our counselor and is there to help us, we must be mindful of our actions and thoughts, in an instant or slowly Scar can sit himself on the throne of our hearts, pray for a heart that longs only for Jesus.

*I do not have much time to write/think, so it's kind of congested. Sorry if this was confusing...then again prolly no one will check it
